• Arrange onsite pre-construction meetings on with subcontractors, schedule and track their work to ensure proper execution. • Perform Quality control of the work being completed and schedule required inspections with local jurisdictions. • Maintain and oversee daily work being completed on multiple job sites to ensure efficiency and safety. • Ensure that the job sites are kept clean and in an organized manner. • Build and maintain high quality relationships with clients subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors. • Identify areas of work that are outside of the contracted scope. • Communicate with architect, engineer, owner regarding any conflicts or revisions to the plans.

• Manage, schedule, and supervise in-house field crews and subcontractors. • Perform on site safety inspections and maintain quality control as well as budgeting. • Work with clients on production progress, open issues, change orders and material selections. • Hands on carpentry work from time to time to help complete projects by deadline or perform service.
