Project supervision of HVAC mechanical installations for ground up and commercial renovations. Projects include Campbell Elementary School, Fairburn, GA, KSU Engineering Lab Marietta Campus & the Forsyth County Juvenile Justice Center, Cumming, GA. These projects involved third party commissioning of installed systems.

Project supervision, safety and quality control of mechanical installations for ground up hotel and resort construction. Responsibilities include trade coordination, sub contractor supervision and material ordering. Projects include the Ocean Enclave by Hilton, Myrtle Beach, SC, Springhill Suites by Marriott, Athens GA and a Fairfield Inn/Residence Inn Charlotte, NC.

Implemented corporate safety policies and initiatives for our fabrication shops as well our construction operations in Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. Designed curriculum and implemented safety-training programs to develop tradesmen and supervisors. Developed and conducted company safety orientations and other recurrent specific safety program training.Traveled to projects in Florida, Alabama, and throughout Georgia to conduct safety training, safety inspections, and incident investigations.Consulted with other Mallory and Evans Inc. divisions on safety and health requirements.Since my appointment, M & E has incurred no lost time injuries in its Georgia or Alabama operations.Successfully managed the Hunter Army Air Field SOF Operations Support COF Building Project, Grady Atrium HVAC Renovations, and other projects. Attained certification from the Board of Safety Professionals as a Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST).

Primary site project manager for the HVAC sheet metal contractor for a ground up replacement hospital; Responsible for administering, budgeting, scheduling, billing, recruitment, and customer relations for this 6 million dollar project and other smaller projects. Appointed as the safety director in June 2007.Responsible for safety training, job hazard analysis, site safety inspections, corrective action follow up and coordination.

Chaired the CES Safety Committee 2006, which updated the company's occupational health /safety program, fleet safety program, & the safety incentive program.CES Safety Committee member 2005 & 2006. CES reduced lost time accidents to zero for the 18 months from June 2005 to December 2006. CES representative to the Central Florida Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors Safety Committee.Developed as an OSHA Construction Outreach Trainer a 10 & 30 hour course focusing on the specific hazards our mechanical construction crews are exposed to.Successful projects I supervised included the Facilities Service Building - Volusia County (An ABC 2003 Excellence in Construction Merit Award winner.), the Rollins Cornell Fine Arts Museum, Florida Hospital Winter Park Fire Damper Upgrade Project, the University of Central Florida Student Health Center, and various projects at Disney World, Epcot, Sea World and Universal Studios.

Trained and supervised many entry level sheet metal workers, mechanics, and strived to ensure a safe efficient team effort to achieve quality HVAC installations.Successful projects included the YPB/Scott Architecture Building, the Orlando Cerebral Palsy Clinic, and an expansion of the Orlando Union Rescue Mission.
