The program was approved as a permanent program with the Yum Brands purchasing cooperative, Restaurant Supply Chain Services and led to over $5 million in savings. Our key challenge was to gather 125 franchisee multiple restaurant invoices; required tenacity to contact franchisees and review invoices.
