B747-400 Training Standards Captain, Ba
CurrentAs a TSC on the fleet Brian holds joint responsiblity for the TRI training for captainsand co-pilots who have succeeded in becoming trainers, along with their ongoingstandardisation and upskilling in their TRI role. Other TSC responsibilities includeconducting the fleet final command checks, conducting remedial training simulatordetails due to poor performance. As one of the small team of Standards Coursetutors Brian also trains the TRIs to become TREs along with presenting the threeyearly TRE refresher seminars. As the B747-400 fleet Senior Examiner Brianconducts the three yearly EAoCs to revalidate their TRE and EBTI qualification.
