I AM CURRENTLY IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, WHERE I WORK AS A SERVICE CONTROLLER. DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS'S QUERIES, ISSUING AND PROCESSING CLIENT'S ORDERS , INVOICING, LIAISING WITH THE DISPATCH OF STOCK AND MAINTAINING GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS BETWEEN MY COMPANY AND CUSTOMER NEEDS.

My respponsibilities at Pansolutions are, to reach my monthly targets, make outgoing calls, find new business to supply for their printer's consumables, administration, meeting with clients, open new 30 day accounts to assist with their orders.

 SALES. SALES ADMIN. INTERNAL /EXTERNAL SALES. SOURCING & SEEKING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES(GOVERNMENT, COPERATE, END-USERS & RESSELLERS) ORDERING STOCK. SPREAD SHEETS. OVERSEEING LOGISTICS. QUOTES. INSURING THAT CLIENTS RECEIVE THEIR ORDERS ON TIME. MEETING DEADLINES AND MONTHLY TARGETS. Telecommunicating with clients both new and existing clients. Scheduling meetings to negotiate new business opportunities. Opening up new COD accounts. Ordering stock from suppliers. Following up on quoted clients. Quotation(s). Office equipment management( computers and printers) General administration of stock.  Invoicing client’s orders. Maintaining business relationship(s) on a professional level and also keep clients informed on specials the company is running on that particular month.  Meeting a minimum requirement of not less than 80 phone calls per day.
