Just BE You is a grant program that is supported by a County of San Diego Innovations Grant.- Integrated holistic innovations model that uses technology from HealthTrak America and a fully supported living situation to support the growth and “Re-Membering” of transitional age youth 18-25 with mental illness who were experiencing homelessness. - Co-Created the model which includes comprehensive safe living situation and supportive technology.- Consistent positive affirmations on all levels. - Holistic living includes yoga, meditation, education, music, mindfullness, and life skills.- Co-created and designed the novel iOS App that was created to support this program.- Self-reported and bluetooth enabled devices to real-time risk stratify youth with contingent risk reduction solutions. - The ultimate goal is to reduce emergency medical services and facilitate reintegration into society by empowering youth.

Lead Product Development and Product Management of this Karmic Footprint Tracking Mobile Application.- Jointly directed a cross-functional team in the UI/UX design of HealthTrak.- HealthTrak educates and empowers the patient and care team using infographics and realtime data. - Further analysis allows real-time risk stratification and intervention for acute and chronic care conditions.- Engagement and excitement with positive affirmations, feedback and incentives form the basis for a gamified rewards system. - Subjective real-time data was entered regularly by patients and healthcare providers on visits. - Objective data was entered using bluetooth tethered devices including pulse oximeters, scales, BP machines as well as extracted from Apple Watch (activity and pulse)- This program was being piloted as proof of concept. - Market research showed a demand for this product in cardiac, respiratory, weight management, psychiatric, addiction medicine as well as health optimization and functional medicine clients.
