CurrentSince joining Innovative in 1992, I have played a key role in the development and refinement of Innovative’s suite of customer data integration and quality management products as well the full line of compliance products.I have worked extensively with designing and coding algorithms to:• Simplify the data management processes necessary to maintain high quality data• Refine and enhance the analysis of high-quality customer data• Customer search functionality• Risk and compliance screeningAs Senior Vice President of Engineering, I am responsible for overall management of engineering projects and personnel, including project management, technical design and review, resource allocation and providing direction for future product development. In this capacity, I oversaw the design and development of: • i/Lytics™ online search engine• The i/Lytics™ data management engine• The i/Lytics™ end-to-end data quality, data linking and change management suite• The FinScan compliance product suite• The Synchronos framework• The Enlighten data quality product suite
