CurrentI am a partner at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP representing companies, boards of directors and special committees in connection with litigation and internal investigations, as well as inquiries by the DOJ, SEC and other governmental agencies, covering allegations of securities fraud, bribery, corruption, earnings management, cyber-crime and other misconduct. I frequently investigate alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") and other anti-corruption laws and lead FCPA diligence for mergers, acquisitions and other investments in high-risk jurisdictions around the world. In 2014, I was recognized by Global Investigations Review in its “40 under 40” list of the world’s leading investigations lawyers. In 2021, I was recognized in the National FCPA Rankings of Chambers USA.I am currently Cahill's co-Operating Partner, co-chair of the Ethics Committee and Chair of the Business Development Committee.
