Deliver employee and organizational performance evaluations and prepare financial status reports for management.Tax responsibilities including preparing all sales tax returns and gathering information for other business tax filings.

Abbott Ball Company is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of steel balls. The company supplies stainless steel balls of all types from a wide range of steels, stainless steels, alloys, precious metals and other specialty materials.Prepare/supervise daily operations of the accounts payable and accounts receivable department. Maintain all accounts payable/receivables, ledgers, journals, files, bank statements, reports and other documentation for company financial accounts. Prepare, analyze and audit financial reports and records to ensure compliance and accuracy.Conduct reviews of company financials status to ensure zero discrepancies. Reconcile bank statements and GL accounts, review vendor invoices for accuracy. Periodically review the A/P Aging Report to ensure entries are accurate and as current as possible.Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors, collection, and application of payments. Manage A/P & A/R staff providing guidance, training and support when necessary.Handle sensitive inquiries and resolve difficult situations relating to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
