Senior Manager
Responsibilities include business development, managing vendor relationships, staff development, project management, developing project plans, resource plans, project budgets, managing day to day activities of project staff, and ensuring the clients satisfaction with the project results.Relevant experience includes assisting numerous clients with:-Establishing and managing Program Management Offices to manage portfolios of interdependent projects.-Developing strategic plans for information systems that aligns IT investment with business objectives.-Redesigning business processes including processes such as; Month End Close, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Accounts Payable, Leasing, Lease Administration, Accounts Receivable/Cash Application, Project Management, Facilities Maintenance, Space Planning and Procurement.-Development of business cases.=Defining and documenting system requirements and managing the system selection process.-Managing the implementation of both commercial applications and internally developed solutions that support Property Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Job Cost, Budgeting and Forecasting, Leasing, Lease Administration, Expense Participation, Work Orders, Procurement, Project Management and Reporting functionality.-Implementation of the leading Property Management and Financial Accounting Systems including: J.D. Edwards, MRI Intuit, Yardi Systems, CTI the Realm, Skyline, TenMan Systems, Fraser Williams, and TRIRIGA.
