  I have worked at the Fellside CHP Plant at Sellafield in Cumbria for the last 18 years in a managerial capacity where I now hold the position of Project Support Engineer after having previously been involved the plant maintenance side of the business. Briefly my area of skills and experience are:• To ensure Health, Safety and Environment has the highest priority in all activities undertaken by all staff and project personnel. Promote the use of BSO and BSA.• To establish and maintain good working relationships with customer, project management and site operations teams through inter-departmental liason and assist the Project Manager in the operational delivery of the project. • Manage technical interface information and resolve actions resulting from vendor and contractor interface queries e.g. permit to work, risks assessments, method statements, lifting operations, radiography.• To develop solutions to engineering problems which meet or exceed customer requirements and meet company best practice.• Management of the engineering change process (MoC) for all projects which involve change to original plant design.• Ensure information and document handover meets contractual requirements.• Manage all planning department personnel to ensure all outage and weekly maintenance/breakdowns plans are produced in an accurate and timely manner.• Ensure the site CMMS system is kept up to date and all plant maintenance PM's are carried out and all plant breakdown defects are recorded and addressed.
