Throughout the past year of working in the software development industry, I have gained a great deal of experience and learned many valuable lessons about the importance of technology and the digitization of process flows in organizations.As a software engineer, I started my journey with a strong passion for programming and an eagerness to learn new skills. However, I quickly discovered that working in the industry requires more than just technical expertise. I learned that the ability to collaborate with others, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances is just as important. Documentation and version control are very important as it makes a software developers life easier during the closing stages of a project.
