Review of productivity and quality reports to determine and isolate problem areas to be investigated and improved. Investigation an development of new technology to enhance quality and productivity while reducing costs and waste. Interact with customers to develop processes, tooling and gauging meeting all MPM and customer requirements. Evaluation of spare tooling required for backup of production process. Responsible for process drawings, offset sheets and tool path drawings at machines (updated and latest revision) Sample submissions and run at rate preparation Part process and gauge error proofing. Process troubleshooting on CNC Lathe/Mill, Hobbers, Shapers, CNC Grinders General machine practices CNC programming and Fanuc controls
