Possessing 27 years’ experience within the Oil and Gas Industry, I have extensive experience in the commissioning and project management of; multi mega-watt power generation sites, retrofitting and electrical installation of vessels in shipyards and oil rig power networks. I deliver excellent customer service at all times, in all conditions and approach projects with dedication and attention to detail. Being commercially aware I am conscious of the need for revenue maximization and cost control. When planning projects, I proactively utilise and identify personnel skill sets, coordinate equipment and material resources to ensure projects are completed within the required time scales and financial margins. I am cognizant that clear communication is vital and ensure that timely progress reports are distributed in preparedness for site meetings. Having travelled extensively to a variety of countries, often working under extreme conditions in challenging environments, I pride myself on my ability to adapt and build relationships quickly with customers and colleagues alike. I effectively lead and motivate contractors and sub-contractors on site, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures and company policies. I have high expectations and consider my work to reflect this.
