Create spreadsheets with graphs in Excel for physicians and quality management. Design and implement instructions for new policy and procedures. Ensure medical records are entered into Epic by prepping, scanning, indexing. Communicating with staff and customers to facilitate workflow. Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving client issues with hardware maintenance, installations and upgrades. Experienced in technical call center operations providing service by communicating effectively with clients and technical staff.
