Over the last 5 years I have been involved with some real hi end projects dealing with logistical problems / design / quick handovers / main contractors / but would not have it any other way . I have been lucky enough to be involved with L31 fit out of the shard ( aqua) 12 week fit program ,then The fit out of both restaurants in sky garden l36 and 37 while looking after the basement. Area plus level 35 bar area all in only 22 weeks ! . Soho was another massive challenge bob bob Ricard the place was open from 12 pm each day which for a full rip out plus fit out was very demanding but the handover was achieved by another massive effort from the whole WFC team and the finish Was fantastic . I am now involved in a 47 week fit out in leatherhead beaverbrook golf course looking after the renovation of the garden house which is an 8 bed hotel plus restaurant plus cookery school . Main works was taking the roof of an adding another two bedrooms in the middle of winter while fitting out a security office / come half way house for the golfers called the upper lodge and we still have the garden cottage to complete for the same hand over target which is a 3 bedroom hotel with new concrete extension all in 47 weeks
