I have over four years of experience working as an IT Technician. I have just finished working for a major architecture firm named Perkins & Will in Vancouver, Canada. I was responsible for managing any IT issues/queries for over 150 people, as well as for the Perkins & Will Calgary studio. I would solve issues within the office and for people who were working from home. I was recently involved with helping the Vancouver studio move to a new office and helped with getting the right technology in for the new studio. I have great customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Windows, and MAC OS troubleshooting, Networking, hardware,and doing presentations whether that is for new people who are starting with the company or for the team that I am working on.Before working for Perkins & Will, I spent over two years working for Ireland's biggest Construction company where I was on the call center team. I also spent two Summers in America where I worked for three months as a Camp Counsellor and a Lifeguard respectively. This was a valuable experience that helped me gain important skills such as leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. I workefficiently under pressure and can resolve issues in a calm and timely manner.
