I started out as an apprentice mechanic many years ago, and I'm very proud of that time spent learning about vehicles and customers; a background that has underpinned everything in my career ever since. I have experience from various perspectives in the automotive aftersales field, and been lucky enough to develop that among some truly inspirational people along the way. These days, my best stuff comes from winning collaboration from my team and building on our momentum with our dealer network across Canada.
