Senior Project Manager responsible for numerous projects in Oil and Gas for Conoco UK, Shell Expro UK and PDO (Oman). Main achievements:- Project managed the delivery of the Shell Expro RTMS system (an integrated replacement system for Shell Argus onshore/offshore control and management systems covering all Shell's offshore facilites in the North Sea) - Also project managed the Petroleum Development Oman LNG pipeline SCADA system project concurrently. Negotiated initial contracts for PDO project with Foxboro Italia and a subcontractor for a Leak Detection System. - Implemented effective subcontractor management and maximised profit and additional revenue for both Shell and PDO projects.
