    Employed within a 4 man team to manage the reconstruction of the Marche En Fer in Port Au Prince, Haiti in the aftermath of the January 2010 earthquake. The Marche En Fer was a working national monument in the commercial centre of Port au Prince which was destroyed, like much of the rest of the country by the Earthquake in 2010. The project was funded privately by Digicel Owner Denis O’Brien. Working under extreme conditions and under a very tight deadline, we delivered the meet the key deadlines, including having the market in working condition for an official opening by Bill Clinton on the 1st anniversary of the earthquake. Key duties and responsibilities included • Co-ordination of all sub contractors on site• “Take off” for materials• Sole site supervisor during Night shift phase• Minor pricing ordering of materials/ machinery• Liaising with Architects on design issues• Working closely with Market management on Logistic issues• Daily/ Nightly report on all site activities for attention of Digicel CEO
