During the implementation of a new ERP, I worked daily to maintain data integrity. During this time, I communicated across departments to gather operational report ideas to access key data in the new ERP. In order to do this, I designed and implemented our report request workflow and documentation to track and streamline the process. I managed the publication of the Weekly Company Scorecard, while also re-designing and maintaining sales and construction commission trackers.
