Manage a crew of 11 technicians in the maintenance of CH 148 Cyclone helicopters as the Senior Maintenance Technician onboard HMCS Fredericton. Ensure all maintenance activities, maintenance supervision, and maintenance management uphold technical airworthiness and are conducted safely and per quality assurance processes, P-Series, Interactive Electronic Technical Manual, and Fleet Work Instructions.

Oversaw staffing and scheduling of aircraft maintenance and provided project management for maintenance activities. •Established maintenance plan for the first periodic inspection (1200 Hours) on the CH 148 Cyclone. Managed all aspects of project set up and implementation, and created quality assurance and quality control documents for aircraft induction into periodic maintenance. •Collaborated with stakeholders (Sikorsky, CH 148 Project Management office, and National Defence Quality Assurance Region) to carry out Aircraft Assurance checks in order for DND to accept new aircraft from Sikorsky, as Fleet SME for Aircraft acceptances. •Developed and implemented a return-to-service maintenance plan for a CH 148 Cyclone. Organized maintenance to allow for the most logical, efficient aircraft re-build; documented with a GHAN chart.

Production Warrant OfficerControlled daily maintenance plans to meet Aircraft Serviceability requirements for six aircraft, as per Air Force Maintenance Policy directives and AF9000 standards (mirroring ISO standards). Set maintenance priorities and communicate plans to upper management and 70 technicians. Compiled detailed daily handovers and easily adapted to changing priorities.

Operating within the Project Management Office, oversaw implementation of CH 148 contract requirements, specifically the development of the Air Occupations Enhancement training plan for the CH 148 Fleet. Conducted quality assurance checks of maintenance procedures before aircraft release for use.

Coordinated airworthiness program implementation support as auditor and subject matter expert for Canadian Forces. Carried out quality management system audits and process audits leading to the accreditation and recognition of DND military and civilian contracted organizations.
