Engineer Intern III – September 2012 to current• PSD Modeling – Determine whether emissions emitted from a proposed major stationary source or major modification cause or contribute to a violation of any applicable NAAQS or PSD increment.• BART Modeling – Using CALPUFF, model Class I impacts from coal-fired utility installing BART. • Permit Writer / Peer Reviewer – Perform technical analysis of Title V and minor source Air Quality Permit Applications (construction and operating). Perform facility inspections and review emission inventories.Engineer Intern II – September 2011 to August 2011• SO2 Modeling – Using AERMOD, modeled more than 100 SO2¬ sources against the new 1-hr standard to validate our attainment and unclassifiable determinations for the upcoming Infrastructure SIP.

• Toxics Modeling - Applied special knowledge of mathematical, meteorological, statistical, and environmental engineering formulas to investigate and evaluate the environmental impacts of local emission sources using AERMOD.• Project Manager – Managed FY08 and FY09 Oklahoma Clean Diesel Grant Programs.• Meteorological Data Processing Project - Applied knowledge computer programming (PERL, Python and FORTRAN) to streamline process onsite, Mesonet and other alternative sources of meteorological data for use in permit modeling.• Webmaster – Developed and maintained ODEQ Air Quality webpage. • Atmospheric Mercury Project - Developed the air toxics mercury webpage using html. Evaluated regressions and correlations for mercury concentration and deposition. Used ArcGIS to plot mercury data. Developed mercury report regarding hotspots in Oklahoma.

• Tracked severe weather using FasTrac RADAR. Created daily forecast and delivered 12 different weathercasts for the morning and evening news show.
