I thrive on passing on the experiences and knowledge I have gained to a new generation of players, while continuing to enhance my own skills and professional qualifications.I am a skilled communicator with a pro-active and professional attitude who has shown strong leadership qualities throughout my career and have faced challenges head-on with a ‘sleeves-up’ approach.I am committed to youth development and creating a clear pathway from youth academy to first team.
