My main aim was to grow year on year profiability throu' colleague engagement and motivtion. Managing a payroll budget of £9,500 weekly and ensuring deployment was the best to meet the customers needs. My other responsibilities were to revie not only the business but every colleague by setting SMART objectives for the month ahead and also performance mangement for any under performers who required additional support.

My responsibilities were the day to day running of a 25,00 sq.ft retail sho floor. Ensuring the highest levels of perfrmance and customer service were met by all colleagues and given to all customers. Over and above my day to day duties I was the area training co-ordinator, co-ordinating training for over 500 colleagues on a quarterly basis and creating certification for all colleagues who achieved the levels required.
