Legal Entity Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) role responsible for business and finance deliverables for Operations teams and supporting the Site General Manager and the Regional Chief Operating Officer (COO). Took on the APAC region Operations CAO responsibilities in December 2018. Member of the Legal Entity Management Committee from 2019.

Coordinated the design of new operational service models to meet evolving demand of clients. Supported the regional Sales team with prospect client discussions and request for proposal (RFP) engagements. Supported the Site Chief Operating Officer by expanding the Operations support and reporting capabilities.

Management Role responsible Fund Accounting Net Asset Value (NAV) / Unit Price production for Australia based clients. Led a team that grew to 160 staff through new client on-boardings and task migrations from the homesite. Successfully executed two large client on-boardings (total assets: $AUD58b, $AUD32b).
