Design-Build DeltaV control system to supervise all plant subordinate control systems and serve operational data up to plant management. Specify necessary field devices and controls network architecture handling all HVAC, utilities, waste handling and life safety. Manage installation of IT network infrastructure to optimize cost and network to support all networks within the facility. Commission all subordinate systems from a supervisory control perspective.

Performed Design Qualification testing for DeltaV system replacing the obsolete installed system. Field support for dry loop testing during installation qualification. Field support and troubleshooting during plant start-up.

Bedminster, Nj

Developed DeltaV control system for specialty gas production unit using air separation (ASU). Evaluated end user specifications, including DeltaV Electronic Marshalling and Acuitie Process Graphics 3rd party HMI package along with proprietary functional description of control system to create a DeltaV system suitable to handle the ASU at end user sight in Burnberry, Australia. Authored test documentation and supervised Factory Acceptance Tests. Authored installation procedure to import delivered package at installed and operating DeltaV site.

Dominican Republic

Working at Barrick Gold's PVDC site along with the Reliable Controls and Outotec team:Performed preparation and commissioning lead activities in the start-up of a newly developed copper recovery unit. To date the unit is the largest deployment of such technology in the world. -Review and prepped interlock implementation prior to commissioning-Lead field commissioning technicians under the commissioning management team-Support and troubleshoot process automation equipment and data networks-Support and troubleshoot CC TV network installation
