Troubleshoots, maintains, administers, and monitors all client IT related components (network, email, file servers, wireless system, scanners, ERP/POS system, firewall, etc.) to ensure minimal interruption to operations. Assists with general help desk inquiries. Ensures that all back-up systems are established, functional, and regularly tested. Manages the installation of computer software products, modifies and repairs hardware and resolves technical problems. Maintain and update user permissions. Works with all client departments and management teams to determine information requirements necessary for new projects. Assists in the selection, purchase, and installation of new hardware and network equipment. Cannabis Point of Sale software and hardware implementation.- Select and implement hardware and software for use with various cannabis point of sale for both medical and/or recreational marijuana dispensaries (i.e. MJ Freeway, BioTrackTHC, Treez)- Create software and client specific SOPs to be used for training of staff- Familiar with BCC State tax and discount regulations for implementation of the POS systemCannabis Track and Trace Program for Cultivation, Manufacturing and Distribution- Implement track and trace program from cultivation to manufacturing and distribution sites. Implementation includes software recommendation/selection (i.e. MJ Freeway, BioTrackTHC), hardware selection and fulfillment, network implementation, master data setup specific to the site, creating SOPs meeting the state BCC regulations, and training staff on those SOPs.- Create software specific processes and procedures for bringing in bulk cannabis flower material from cultivation and/or distribution to produce into finished goods inventory unit sizes for sale (i.e. eighths, grams, pre-rolls, etc.). - Create SOPs for client to properly manage their inventory cycle counts to meet business and state BCC requirements.

Performs reconnects, requested and non-pay disconnects, and changes of service, while adhering to: Comcast procedures and safe work practices, NEC and NESC requirements, and local ordinances in order to provide (or remove) services to the customer. Pre-wires single dwelling units and multiple dwelling units (MDUs) in order to provide ready hook-up capabilities at the time of moving in. Performs service calls. Reviews all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement. Troubleshoots the drop from the tap to the customer’s equipment. Installs and removes converters in order to provide customer with upgrades or downgrades in service and determines acceptability of service by reviewing picture quality following connection of cable service in order to provide the best possible service for the customer. Provides the customer with materials regarding channel line up, use of converter, and company policies as they relate to the customer as well as demonstrates these skills in order to educate the customer on the use of the equipment and company guidelines. Cleans, maintains, and stocks vehicle and equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties. Inspects existing ground or makes new ground according to the National Electrical Code (NEC) in order to protect employees, customers, and equipment from electrical shock or damage. Properly operates and maintains installation tools and equipment. Reports need for vehicle repair or service when required and/or prescribed. Reports any accidents, losses, injuries, or property damage to Supervisor and customer when appropriate.

Member of the Global IT organization responsible for all Amazon Fulfillment. Supported centers across the network with daily projects and activities as directed. Responsible for the allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center, managing multiple customer requests simultaneously. This includes troubleshooting of all IT related equipment such as PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, printers and other end user devices. IT Support Technicians are also responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
