Help Ukraine 22 is a relief, resupply and rescue operation to assist Ukrainians during the invasion. To date we have delivered more than $4.5 million dollars of humanitarian and medical aid to Ukrainians in need.

I worked doing strategic consulting, assessments, project management, risk analysis, due diligence, proposal writing, and event management. My clients have included Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko, members of parliament, Teneo Intelligence, the US Soybean Export Council (USSEC), the International Research and Exchanges Board (IREX), Management Systems International (MSI), the Swedish Institute of Public Administration (SIPU), the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), Crown Agents, the International Republican Institute (IRI), and International Relief and Development (IRD) among others.

The Committee for Open Democracy monitors international elections for their adherence to democratic norms and provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine.

As Resident Program Officer and Acting Country Director for IRI, I managed a million dollar annual budget overseeing a democracy and governance program in Ukraine. During my ten years with IRI, I organized more than 300 events and conducted training on pratical political skills and reform topics. My staff included up to 12 persons and I traveled to every region of Ukraine. The program was USAID and NED funded and I regularly wrote quarterly reports and other required documents. In addition, I worked in Georgia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Serbia, Macedonia and Croatia.
