Responsible for developing strategic profit growth plans for both functions, I develop procedures and training resources that equip team members with the latest products and tools for providing highly informative and personalized customer service to our existing members.I also lead the Business Development Team in leveraging their product expertise with appropriate presentation tactics to engage and educate potential members.
