Additionally, fosters close relationships with product managers, developers, and testers to achieve DevOps nirvana. - Introduced and implemented Agile processes to a geographically dispersed engineering team including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and story point estimating resulting in a more engaged and productive team. - Aligned the RosterApps product with the bi-weekly production release schedule established by ARCOS. - Worked closely with product team to ensure the product roadmap was delivered on time. - Ensured all scheduled development tasks met the "definition of ready" and were sized by the engineering team so that work could be completed accurately and on-time. - Worked with professional services department to develop project timelines for customer implementations / contracts and ensure committed deadlines were met. - Managed the migration of 20 RosterApps customers from a legacy hosting environment to AWS. - Managed the codebase upgrade of all RosterApps customers to all be on the same version of code resulting in an easier to maintain product. - Responsible for managing the engineering workload within Jira, including creation of user stories and tasks. - Managed triage, priority, and scheduling of all support requests. - Managed the first customer implementation of the Mobile Workbench product. Worked closely with customer to define requirements and translate them into user stories. - Managed multiple on-premise Workbench projects, ensuring that releases were completed on-time and defect free.

Architected and designed 3 complex enterprise J2EE applications for IBM Microelectronics which provided cost and time savings across a broad set of end users. Used Agile methodology with multi-disciplined, globally dispersed team from project initiation to production deployments. Collaborated on Agile design and implementation of microservices architecture for EngageSupport application as part of IBM Procurement's migration from PGEMS (legacy tool). - Developed designs and user stories needed to complete migration (function and data) to IBM Cloud solution, using Agile methodology to deliver weekly releases.- Led global development team in implementation of solution, ensuring recommended DevOps tools related to continuous integration and continuous delivery were used so that Procurement functions adhered to overall solution.

Served as architect and technical team lead in the IBM Integrated Supply Chain business area supporting the Hub Visibility Portal project with a focus on transitioning a new SOA architecture developed by IBM Research into a production environment.
