Having been involved in the Modular sector of construction for 18 years, and after 15 years of in the modular single family industry, I have shifted to Commercial, Hospitality, Multifamily and Assisted Living construction using the same means of construction as the single family but on a considerably larger scale, this is done by educating investors, developers and architects In all of Canada and the Midwestern United States. Recently I have been involved with the success of completing a 32,000 Hotel addition, a new 60,000 sq ft Hotel and a 90 unit apartment complex in the Province of Saskatchewan Canada.
