An AScT Technologist with 26 years experience working in the natural gas industry. I have team conflict resolution training via my leadership and project management courses. I can create a winning culture through applied leadership via an empathetic, strategic, multidisciplinary approach focusing on individuals, teams, and the community. As a leader/manager, I am focused on the work groups assigned to come alongside and help with focus and detailed, tangible steps required to achieve primary tasks where roles and boundaries are clear. Group members are fully supported and empowered within assigned roles. My foundational paradigm as a planner/designer, leader, and project manager is to align with the company mission, vision, and values by creating trust and investing in value-added relationships while developing a supportive culture and winning environment where trusted partners and employees can develop and thrive long-term while project goals are met. I strive to find shared value and bring enhanced value to a company's performance by following the triple bottom line focusing on social and environmental issues as part of enhancing both profits and connection to the community.
