Some of my duties would include Manager of Custodial and Maintenance throughout the School District, purchasing Custodial and Building supplies,Safety Meetings, a wide variety of Building Maintenance, working with Insurance Claims,organize summer work for 32 Custodians, 5 Maintenance Employee's,and 3 to 5 Inmates from the Correctional Facility.Employee time sheets using VeriTime and Time Clock Plus Manager, and keeping track of the building keys system District wide using Key Trail Software. Organizing snow removal and mowing and trimming trees throughout the District.

My responsibilities include maintaining buildings and grounds of Winfield Public Schools, directing staff and overseeing the upkeep of equipment and supplies. Making daily and weekly schedules for building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping staff as well as determining and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction improvements and safety inspections.Works with buildings and grounds budget and oversees the purchase of new equipment for custodial, maintenance, and grounds keeping.
