I started my career as an auto mechanic. I believe this has given me the strong ability in problem solving. I often find myself using mechanics along with woodworking in custom applications, being able to weld steel for things such as simple custom support brackets or even complicated stainless steel frameworks comes into play in my work more often than I would have thought. I am a perfectionist and that takes a little extra time but I see it as necessary and I won't do it any other way.
