Branch Manager
- Achieves the goal of serving the customer’s total financial service needs through creating a vital sales and service organization and promoting teamwork with partners and other corporate departments.
- Consistently ranked #3 or #4 within the District in sales and service performance.
- Responsible for managing a diverse sales team which includes three Personal Bankers, one Licensed Personal Banker, and one Private Banker. Gained experience coaching and developing Licensed and Private Bankers around.
- Coach and develop sales team members by setting daily sales goals, conducting mid-session reviews during appointments with customers, and reviewing missed sales opportunities.
- Assist the Service Manager with daily tasks with each teller to insure customers are receiving great service
- Analyze branch trends and achieve optimum staffing levels to ensure production and service levels while maintaining budget.
