Driven sales leader responsible for annual revenues in excess of $180M; managing a team of 25 tenured Account Managers supporting our commercial & enterprise customers in the Northern California region. Was responsible for customer advocacy, district performance, territory planning and forecasting, business initiatives and most importantly, the talent development of our Northern California sales team.

Responsible for on-boarding our newest Account Representatives and setting the proper foundation for a successful sales career. Through prescriptive communication, guidance and leveraging our internal resources, I focused on helping our sellers understand the sales cycle, developing solution-based selling skills and cultivating an innovative environment. With thoughtful leadership and recent experience in the Account Manager role, I was able to yield high attainment results as well as a contagious environment for Account Representatives around success.I led 20 diverse Account Representatives who covered five different segments including Small Business, State & Local, K-12, Higher Education and the Federal Government.
