I am a licensed MSW psychotherapist with a prior professional background in corporate branding, and a lifetime involvement in the arts. I bring all of this experience to my work with therapy clients. Building on strengths, I work to help clients live their fullest lives, accept and adjust to transitions and life changes, cope and recover from trauma and addictions, and manage depression, stress, and anxiety. Often, we uncover underlying causes of emotional symptoms and start on a path to heal from them.My clients show a determination of spirit, even in the face of the hardest circumstances. This inspires me every day. I am committed to bringing the sincerest empathy and understanding to every interaction, and to creating a safe, supportive environment where personal growth and healing can flourish.
