Brian brings to the table: -Management of a contracted distribution force in the Quebec market-Management of unionized and non-unionized employees-Development and execution of departmental business plans and budgets-Development, negotiation and execution of distribution contracts-Operational and production planning and analysis-Customer service-Retail/Wholesale sales strategiesBRIAN managed and coached up to 20 contracted distributors, developed and managed annual expense and capital expenditure budgets for his department and lead the Distribution department in developing and executing programs, processes and initiatives aimed at achieving and exceeding company operational, service and sales objectives from 1994-2013. By constructing and re-structuring distribution networks to accommodate cost reductions BRIAN has negotiated significant reductions in contracts with various distribution companies throughout this period which resulted in AGGREGATE ANNUALIZED SAVINGS TO THE COMPANY IN EXCESS OF FOUR MILLION DOLLARS.
