Manager Global Health, Industrial Safety & Hygiene programs for 10,000 employees. • Manage site EHS engineers globally10 direct reporting employees. • Drive cultural change by promoting management, supervisory and employee responsibilities for safety and environmental requirements and employee engagement. • Analyze health and safety conditions and recommends changes to prevent or eliminate risks through engineering controls, process changes or personal protective equipment. • Establish and participate in root-cause analysis of all accident reviews at any location when there is a serious injury to an employee or contractor. Represents the company during the investigation by authorities having jurisdiction. • Present injuries and corrective actions to CEO and executive VP bi-monthly.• Facilitate safety committee safety review board meetings to the executive VP monthly and CEO quarterly. • Develop global documents based on EHS laws for each site in each country and cross reference with USA laws, Textron Standards and Industry best practices. • Global EHS Training Program; Develop/manage training based on EHS regulations for each site, Develop/manage EHS training based on industry best practices and site needs. • Global Human Behavior Program; Develop/manage human factors programs for all site, Manage safety Observation programs for all sites.• Global Hazard Recognition Program; Manage near miss, Job hazard analysis, ergo assessments, PPE assessments and RCCA programs for all sites.. Global Process Safety Management Program for Chemicals; Develop/manage a chemical safety program for the enterprise.
