My business partner, John Larkin, and I began our careers as service technicians at the dawn of the event capture industry back in the mid-1990s. From our earliest days working together, John and I forged a working partnership based on certain values: flexibility, responsiveness, and a willingness to outwork our competitors.While we can trace our roots back to the very beginning of our industry, we know that our team at Event Capture Systems can't simply rest on deep industry expertise. When we couple that unmatched history with a thirst for learning and improvement, we know that we can achieve greater standards of excellence for our customers with each passing year. Our industry is influenced by the relentless advance of technology and tools to help manufacturers decrease downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness. It's our job as humans to keep up.I still refer to myself as a "camera boy" during my on-site visits to clients and prospects. This reflects my undimming passion for what I do, helping companies achieve greater success through better event capture hardware, software, and support.
