Led a 16-person Finance & Operations team located in New York, London and Lisbon with responsibility for Revenue Operations, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Data Operations, Data Security and Internal IT.

Backed by Openview and High Alpha, Lessonly is a SaaS-based B2B corporate training provider serving 1,300 customers. Joined at $3M in ARR as the first finance hire and scaled the company through its acquisition by Seismic Software in August 2021 at a 10x revenue multiple.- Formalized and managed the Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Legal, Data Security, and Internal IT departments. At the time of acquisition, the CFO organization had 12 employees.- Led pre and post-term sheet diligence during the acquisition of Lessonly by Seismic Software - Executed many strategic initiatives including the acquisition of a Canadian software business, two venture capital raises, and two debt financings.

Finance lead for the recently acquired ExactTarget Professional Services division, with $50M in annual revenue, during a period of 90% year-over-year revenue growth. After integrating the ExactTarget division into Salesforce, joined the finance team responsible for Salesforce’s Professional Services division with $400M in annual revenue.- Finance business partner to SVP of ExactTarget Services providing strategic guidance and execution of tactical responsibilities.- Oversaw expansion of the division into Continental Europe, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong.- After the departure of the division’s Operations leader, stepped in to support sales pipeline analysis/reporting, set quarterly sales targets, and design compensation plans.- Direct management of an analyst and interim manager for two analysts.

Participated in a post-MBA leadership development program with rotations in Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Operations. After the development program, joined the Corporate Finance department and was tasked with financial forecasting, analysis and reporting for a consumer lending business unit. Transitioned to Commercial Lending in 2012 to gain experience on a wide-range of financial transactions including acquisitions, equity raises, debt financings, and creditor workouts.
