Through my first 6 years I moved up within the ranks of Teller, Personal Banker and Business Specialist before taking on the role of Branch Manager. During this time I primarily focused on driving customer satisfaction through meeting customer needs by finding out what's truly most important to them. Worked in the field of business banking that involved business lending and identifying solutions that helped all business clients be successful.
