As Executive Director, I was the overall Manager of all local staff, responsible for administration, budgeting and timely reporting to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, who manage the USG funds disbursed to MARCH. I coordinated the day-to-day running of the company and ensured adherence to all social and legal requirements of the organization while ensuring adherence to all statutory obligations of the company. I supervised a workforce of over 50 full time and about 200 part-time staff in Southern and Western Province.

As Deputy to the Director, I was in charge of all Marketing and Advertising business - coordinating pitches and client liaison. I supervised teh Marketing and Creative team while keeping an eye on the profitability of the business.

As Operations Manager - High Risk Initiatives at Society for Family HealthI was in charge of TWO key programs; Corridors Of Hope and the Fish Traders Project –The job involved, Supervising Communication Coordinators in Six border sites and two fish camps; Facilitating communication between coordinators and other stakeholders in the project sites. Liaising with the National Sales Manager about Sales and promotional activities happening in the project sites;Drafting and supervising implementation of the annual marketing plans for the two flagshipbrands, MAXIMUM and CARE and other products in the SFH portfolio;Designing a communication strategy for companies that employ truck drivers or work withCommercial sex workers and helping them formulate HIV policies for their employees;Spearheading the opening of new points of sale for MAXIMUM and CARE condoms in high riskAreas;Developing advertising campaigns targeted at high risk populations, mostly in semi urban andrural areas; Training and supervision of Project Coordinators in all sites ( COH and FTP);Responsible for HIV/AIDS research analysis;Evaluating, reviewing and updating information disseminated to truckers, sex workers,Fishermen and Fish traders by peer educators, drama groups and other interpersonal communication channels;Coordinating the flow of information between SFH, USAID, JICA, the regional office in Pretoriaand all other cooperating partners on the project.

As Marketing Asoociate (Assistant Brand Manager) my main responsibilities included: -• Spearheading the opening of new points of sale for the SFH product portfolio (MAXIMUM, CARE, SAFEPLAN, PROLACT, POWERNETand POWERCHEM)through out the country.• Developing advertising campaigns targeted at various populations within the reproductive age range, in urban, semi urban and rural areas.• Designing the packaging and maintaining brand appeal for the SFH product portfolio.• Monitoring packaging and dispatch to ensure optimum availability and accessbility of the two brbands.• Designing promotional materials and implementing promotional campaigns through out the country.• Contributing to the drafting of the annual marketing plan for the SFH product portfolio.
