As a passionate, experienced onboarding professional, I have leveraged my communication and relationship building skills to facilitate success as a trainer, presenter and manager throughout my career. With over 5 years onboarding and training early-career data analysts, I have experience coaching and teaching everything from MS Office products like Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, to Health Care Acumen to unique company histories. I'm articulate and confident, both as a manager and a trainer. My passion is helping and coaching others as they grow personally and professionally. In my free time, I'm an avid outdoorsman, spending as much time as possible in the mountains as I pursue my love of hiking, camping, fly-fishing and mountain biking. These adventures are undertaken along with my wonderful wife and 2 young children.My success is attributed to and begins with alignment with an amazing company.
