Responsible for creating design drawings (Solidworks and Autocad) creating bill of materials and finalizing product documentation for customer approval. Management of a team of engineers to achieve an efficient and accurate product.

Engineering and design of components, systems, and turnkey projects. This includes field support, equipment trouble shooting, project management, purchasing of parts, construction, customer interaction, vendor management, sales, drafting and modeling.

Responsibilities include ownership of process systems Area 10 Liquid Incinerator (ATLIC) with Pollution Abatement System, Bulk Drain Station (BDS), Heel Transfer System (HTS), and Personnel Support Facility (PSF)) at Tooele Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (TOCDF). Specific responsibilities:• Key engineer on installation, systemization, and operations of the ATLIC, built to destroy GA nerve and Lewisite blister agent stockpiles. • Technical Contract Representative for sub contracted installation of ATLIC. Provided daily engineering support during construction, systemization and turnover of contracted systems (Incinerator, Pollution Abatement System, HVAC, instrumentation and Control System).• Primary engineer for design, build, systemization and operations of glove boxes and liquid agent handling systems for agent bulk containers.• Support of startup, systemization and operations code changes and function testing with Siemens hardware and software.• Key engineer for decommissioning of ATLIC and the PSF, including planning and execution of decommissioning work packages (DWPs).• Technical Contract Representative for the decommissioning of the PSF and other support structures. Manage contractors to remove leased buildings and equipment. • Lead engineer for design, approval and implementation of final HVAC ducting headspace monitoring testing for decommissioning of the Munitions Demilitarization Building (MDB).• Lead engineer for unventilated monitoring tests (UMTs) for decontamination verification of ATLIC Toxic areas and HVAC ducting and filter housings.• Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the BDS and HTS. Provide corrective maintenance and emergent work packages for repair and troubleshooting to ensure continuous production.. • Technical Contract Representative for fire alarm systems and fire extinguisher contractors• Perform and support utilities surveying for maintenance work and plant decommissioning projects.
