By nature, I’m creative, structured, passionate, a problem solver, and driven. I thrive in team environments and love working on the big picture but also enjoy figuring out how to break down a goal into smaller tasks for implementation. I’ve been told that I’m a details-oriented person...and yes, I’d have to agree. Before moving into Project Management, I spent 5+ years working in ministry full-time as the Director of Contemporary Worship Arts where I would plan and lead weekly services, coordinate volunteers, develop new ministry programs, work with students, and create desired atmospheres using AV technology (what a fun job!). Prior to this position, I had multiple roles providing 5-star service to the guests, members, and employees at the Sea Island Company (Sea Island, GA). This luxury hospitality background combined with my B.A. in Business Administration and Communication Arts provide a foundation to my passion for serving others, anticipating needs, and managing details in order to provide seamless experience for the customer. Some interesting facts: • I’ve had a number of odd jobs in my life but one of my favorite was when I spent a summer renting out jet skis in a marina. • I enjoy a good "dad joke."• I'm a big fan of a well-made apple fritter.
