Fun Home Candy Making Company. Had the Opportunity to work with many Great People. I was able to Develop and Refine Processes both on the Production Floor and in the Supply Chain. Developed and Implemented an custom ERP system to manage the thousands of raw materials and finished goods. In a rapidly Growing Company developed 3 stages of Facility Layout redesign. Initiating with improving visibility of materials, to optimizing material flow and space.Food Environment where I served as Industrial/Quality Engineer Developing and Implementing the Food Safety & Quality Program, gaining initial SQF certification and leading the SQF function through 2015.Serving as Production Manager implemented the QAMH role to ensure lines are set up with materials and labels prior to shift led to increased production throughput, and implemented a Kanban system in another area reducing excess obsolete inventory.Dynamic Environment serving as Operations Manager - responsible for Production Planning and Procurement. Negotiated with suppliers to reduce inventory and improve lead times.
