Successfully led a team in managing personnel/human resources and billet requirements for over 400 billets, spanning all U.S. Navy officer designators, and on every continent around the globe, ensuring the most qualified candidates filled those positions worldwide.Responsible for the creation and sustainment of personnel management processes for the U.S. Navy Foreign Area Officer Community beginning in 2005. Coordinated the transfer/accession of over 150 personnel to the newly established community, and guided the efforts of five FAO promotion boards.

Successfully led the Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron Light FOUR SEVEN (HSL 47) Aviation Maintenance Department during its first-ever deployment onboard an aircraft carrier. Led over 160 maintenance personnel in the daily performance of duties to ensure aircraft were up-and-ready during high-tempo carrier battle group operations. Directed the daily maintenance requirements of nine deployed aircraft, skillfully managing the assets during a particularly challenging 30-day period of sustained flight operations, engaged in Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief (HA/DR) operations in the weeks following the December 2004 Indonesian Tsunami tragedy.

-Tasked with ensuring the proper running of the Squadron Operations Department, including, but not limited to: allocated flight hour budget, timely publication and completion of daily flight schedule, aircrew personnel management, qualifications and flight hour management, and smooth interactions with the aircraft maintenance department.-Planned and published the squadron flight schedule daily, taking into account aircraft and personnel availability, and the most efficient use of the resources for its successful completion.-Responsible for the material condition of the squadron spaces, to include cleanliness, and maintaining the building infrastructure in proper working order, reporting any deficiencies and ensuring they were attended to in a timely and proper fashion.
