Black Box Network Services Field Voice Services Technican. Service, Maintain, Install and Upgrade telecommunications systems in the Greater Nashville, Tennessee area: Unify (formerly Siemens) Systems (9751, Hicom, HiPath,OpenScape 4000, OpenScape Contact Center, Xpressions, AppBuilder snd AppGen), NEC Systems and provides assists for ShoreTel Systems.2010-2013: Onsite Black Box telecommunications technician at Bridgestone Americas Headquarters (Nashville, TN). Responsible for Siemens Hicom 300 PBX and 4 nodes of PhoneMail servicing approx. 800 end users. Day-to-day moves/adds/changes activities include Siemens product line and peripheral products including ClearOne and Konftel conference phones, Jabra headsets and fax machines. Responsible for troubleshooting voice and data cable plant. Also first level of service and MAC activity support for Bridgestone Siemens PBX and PhoneMail systems at Lebanon, TN, Aiken, SC, Peoria, Il, Portland, Or and Allentown, PA. Active on-call service rotation for Black Box Voice Services in the Middle and Eastern TN area providing emergency service support for ROLM, Siemens. Unify and NEC platforms.

Onsite Call Center Engineer responsible for Avaya 8700 and Siemens 9006 PBX and voicemail systems supporting the Oncology Division, Women’s & Children’s Health Divison and Health Enhancement Division in Alere’s Florida call centers. Remote support for the Oncology Division’s California, Virginia and Texas call centers and Women’s & Children’s Health Division's Phoenix, Philadelphia and New Orleans Centers. Implements ACD Routing for call centers as new clients are added, provides ongoing consultation to facility executives regarding call center operation, provides training & support of Call Center telecommunications management tools. Implementation Call Center redirection plan to allow quick re-route of call center calls in the event of Hurricane evacuation or other disaster recovery need. Performs all necessary moves, adds and changes for PBX and voicemail systems.

Responsible for day-to-day operation of Siemens PBX at corporate center as well as 14 small key systems at branch offices in Virginia, Rhode Island and Texas. In addition, created Request for Proposals and managed the selection and implementation process to switch our long distance carrier, replace the corporate center PBX and switch our local telecommunications service vendor.

Telecommunications Analyst/Telecommunications ManagerResponsible for day-to-day operation of two Siemens 9005 PBX telephone systems servicing approximately 800 telephones in the Manhattan Executive Offices and the Warehouse and Call Center locations in Virginia. As telecommunications manager, was also responsible for Novell 4.X LANS consisting of 6 servers among the two offices. This included bar code and order fulfillment software, as well as standard office software packages. The company’s help desk function also fell under the Telecommunications Manager’s responsibility. Help desk functions included being the first point of problem resolution, managing and reporting scheduled system downtime and maintaining system uptime statistics.

ROLM Company Systems Engineer - Assists ROLM Sales Representative efforts by accurately configuring proposed systems, assisting with application studies and conducting site surveys for cable plant requirements.IBM/ROLM Systems Project Manager - Direct activities of system designers, installation coordinators, installation technicians, trainers and subcontractors to effect the smooth installation of ROLM business communications systems on time and on budget.ROLM Company Systems Designer - Create and implement customized design of ROLM CBX. Survey customer site, mark floor plans for phone/data device placement. Order and track telephone circuits. Order all ROLM and non-ROLM parts required for system installation.ROLM Corporation Service Analyst - Directly responsible for receiving and accurate handling of trouble reports from the ROLM customer base as well as overseeing service center operations for the Virginia Beach Branch of ROLM Corporation.
